Fern Britton ''enjoys sleeping more''

TV presenter Fern Britton has revealed the merits of no longer fronting a morning show, which includes getting more sleep.
The 54-year-old quit her role on This Morning last year and believes the decision has had a positive impact on her life.
She told Reveal magazine: "I''m having a ball. I''m behaving badly and enjoying life. I''ve been sleeping quite a lot.
"I feel great and people have said that I look well."
Fern''s husband, TV chef Phil Vickery, is also enjoying spending more time with his wife, she revealed, as he no longer has to worry about her hectic schedule.
Last month, former GMTV presenter Fiona Phillips told the Daily Mirror that early mornings are particularly difficult to adapt to when working on the show.
She offered her words of advice to Christine Bleakley, who is believed to be in line to take her place presenting on the famous sofa.
