Pillows ''can make a difference'' to a night''s sleep

Investing in new pillows could be an inexpensive way of ensuring a good night''s rest, one article has claimed.
Children in particular are prone to sleep disruption if their pillows are not just right, said the Pune Mirror.
Pillows that are too bulky or big can cause them to toss and turn more frequently, the article revealed, so parents need to make considered choices.
"Young children should start with a flattish, fairly firm pillow to give support to their neck and shoulders, though it should be soft and comfortable too," it recommended.
Thinking about how a child sleeps can be a good way of choosing the right pillow, with a medium-firm product generally better for those who sleep on their back.
A child who sleeps on their front, however, may find a softer pillow better, the piece added.
Parenting expert Dr Tanya Byron recently revealed in the Times that bedtime reading is a great way of helping kids sleep.
