Back problems ''can be caused by mattress'' Many people do not consider the full picture when concerning themselves with back problems and the primary causes of them, according to an expert in health matters.

In a piece for health resource for women FitSugar, it was asserted that mattresses do not last for huge amounts of time and ought to be replaced every five to seven years, as they will no longer provide the best quality of support to people with back issues.

"Also note that a firmer mattress isn''t necessarily the best choice for preventing back pain," it continued. "It''s best to try out different types of mattresses to see which one feels best to you and your back."

People working desk jobs were also told by FitSugar to amble around the office and locale several times a day in order to stretch out their muscles, given that most people sit all day and put a lot of weight on their spine.

Recently, expert and author Paul C Rosenblatt told the Daily Telegraph that one of the biggest hurdles to clamber over in the bedroom is bed sharing with a loved one, which he claimed was an "achievement in co-ordination".
