Quilts ''change the look of a bedroom''

Sometimes, it is really very simple to change the look and feel of a bedroom in an instant, it has been underlined.
Kelly Martin explained that with bedrooms, it is common to keep furniture, artwork, rugs and accessories basic in design and colour.
As a result, in order to change the entire appearance of the room as quick as a flash, a new quilt or coverlet can be the perfect addition.
She asserted: "For centuries it has been known that the best way to ensure a tranquil bedroom is to have attractive bed-coverings and quilts and coverlets are one of the most time-honoured methods for decorating a bedroom."
Ms Martin noted that while quilts are heavier and may be better for colder climates, other individuals may look to buy coverlets, which are made of a lighter material and excellent for summer months.
In a recent piece for Napsnet, Ginny Bean, the founder of Ginnys.com, explained that people must replace heavy drapes with bright and lightweight curtains this summer as it will give the room a more relaxing feel.
