Couples ''must learn to sleep comfortably''

Couples must learn how to sleep comfortably alongside each other in their bed, according to a leading bed expert.
Author Paul C Rosenblatt told the Telegraph that bed sharing is "an achievement in co-ordination".
Mr Rosenblatt, who recently penned Two in a Bed: The Social System of Couple Bed Sharing, explained: "Couples must learn to sleep together.
"Where to put one''s pillow; when to talk and not talk; when and how to touch each other; what to do if one partner wakes during the night, and so on."
However, sharing a bed may better physiologically for adults than sleeping along, according to research from Northwestern University.
A group of scientists led by Emma Adam found that adults who go to bed feeling lonely, sad or overwhelmed have elevated levels of the stress hormone cortisol shortly after waking.
The hormone is linked to depression, obesity and other health problems.
