Women ''should remember many things'' about sleep
05/02/2010
An expert in women''s health and appearances has asserted that getting to bed earlier is the best possible thing for a lady, as it has a wide range of benefits.
Cindi Leive, the editor-in-chief of Glamour Magazine in the US, revealed that there are a handful of tips which should be always taken into account by women, as most of them are sleep-deprived, she asserted.
For example, Ms Leive recommended that people who hear about how they can look better, work smarter and feel healthier through more sleep should definitely listen up, because it is absolutely true.
She added that there is no use in people saying they will get more sleep without setting themselves a time to go to bed either, as simply setting seven hours a night at flexible times is not as capable of delivering consistent rest as a fixed daily schedule.
This week, the link between sleep and health was highlighted further when it was concluded by scientists in South Korea that people with obstructive sleep apnoea have an increased chance of having a lower density of grey matter in their brain.
