Women wanting to take care of themselves properly ought to give a little bit of extra attention to certain assets when bedding down for the night, it has been emphasised.
Kerryne Krause-Neufeldt, the chief executive officer of eyeSlices, a leading provider of natural eye masks for those wanting to look tip-top when they get out of bed each morning, explained that women often underestimate the importance of their eyes in terms of beauty treatments, though much of it is easy and free to do.
She explained that small things, such as drinking two litres of water each day, can have a huge impact on the smoothness of skin and helps cut down on any bagginess around them, while 15 minutes of exercise three times a week, at the very least, also has positive effects.
Ms Krause-Neufeldt continued: "Women need to educate themselves as to what is causing these symptoms and address the lifestyle issues more than just the topical.
"Lifestyle can affect your eyes like your diet, lack of exercise, not having enough sleep; even having a good mattress or pillow can hugely help with sleep."
The expert made her comments at the Olympia Beauty show, which took place between September 20th and 21st at the Grand Hall, Olympia, London.
