Can''t drag yourself out of bed? Stay under the covers and Bedercise!

Silentnight Beds has come up with the solution for those who simply cannot get themselves out of bed and to the gym.
To celebrate National Love Your Bed Week, which runs to August 9th, it has teamed up with TV presenter Lisa Snowdon and devised Bedercise.
The alternative exercise regime was created with the help of sports scientist Sue Jepson and aims to encourage people of all ages to make the most of their time in bed and get fit.
Comprising of just nine movements, the simple routine will help with general fitness, tone and flexibility and is great for single bed dwellers and couples, explains Ms Jepson.
"I love these new exercises we have developed, because we all know that getting a beautiful body is hard work, but with these nine simple steps you will be well on your way to getting into shape," Ms Snowdon added.
The Bedercise moves include the wake-up stretch and the pillow curl.
