The mystery of the air mattress man

A man was found floating on an air mattress late on Tuesday night in Pennsylvania, causing many people to question what he was doing there in the first place.
The Coast Guard headed out to pick up the man, who was happily reclining on the inflatable bed around 60 yards from the shore at Presque Isle Bay in the north-west area of the state.
However, it was not until he was pulled from the water that things took a turn for the worse with the individual, who was promptly handcuffed by police who arrived on the scene upon his return to the coast.
It turned out the police had been looking for the man - who claimed he was simply relaxing out on the water - after allegations that he had not completed his probationary obligations on a theft conviction.
Although the man''s problems will not be solved by the air mattress, recent studies by the University of California in San Diego found that more time in bed can improve problem-solving for a number of people.
