Wayne Rooney may have a blast to the past in a few weeks after wife Coleen announced her pregnancy to the press earlier this month.
That''s because the baby''s bedroom is to be decorated in royal blue - the colours of Rooney''s youth club and former Premier League home Everton.
Included in the package drawn up by Wayne and Coleen, there will be pictures of Goodison Park on the wallpaper, the club crest taking pride of place as a centre-point in the room and royal blue carpets, with the bed no doubt matching the proposed colour scheme.
Despite drawing criticism from Everton fans following his big money move to Manchester United, Rooney famously lifted his shirt after a goal to reveal the slogan "once a blue, always a blue", a phrase he is more than happy to follow through with.
Earlier this month, Wayne taunted rivals Liverpool over their title failures, stating that he personally wanted to help them wait another year on top of the 19 they have already gone without a championship.
