Direct Home Delivery Procedure
Customer is initially contacted by a telephone call from a
member of the Customer Services department to confirm the delivery
day and whether it will be an am or pm delivery.
Unfortunately the customer cannot specify a time slot as all
deliveries are scheduled and planned by location. However, it is
possible for a member of the Customer Services team to contact the
customer 30 minutes prior to delivery to ensure that someone is
available to accept the delivery.
Delivery times are Monday to Friday 7:30am to 8:00pm
AM slots - 7:30am to 1pm PM slots 11:30am to 8pm (inc. overlap
