We understand and recognise that Silentnight needs to act responsibly. Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) underpins our commitment to quality, value, service, innovation and trust. Delivering this in a responsible way taking account of social, ethical and environmental issues is central to our business and what we stand for.

We aim to maintain the highest level of professional and customer orientated corporate behaviour. We ensure that corporate responsibility is taken seriously at every point in our business.

Working together:

We believe we have a responsibility to handle products with care from start to finish and it is important to us that we treat well everyone we deal with.

Listening and engaging:

We talk to our customers about how the quality of our products benefits them and about how we deliver to meet high ethical standards.

Accountability:

Growing stakeholder, legal and regulatory pressures mean our customers expect us to provide them with a CSR statement.

In 2008 we are working to improve our CSR priorities in relation to:

  • Management of environmental concerns
  • Partnership and supplier relations
  • Customers

We must maintain our vigilance on CSR matters. It is enormously important to us.
