Sleep

I can go to sleep but I always wake up in the middle of my sleep I am never able to stay asleep for 8 hours like I use to. Early January this year a noise outside woke me up, I don’t know if it was neighbours or people passing I don’t know but the noise woke me up and since then I haven’t been able to sleep through the night.  The only time I am able to is if I don’t get much sleep the night before. I did sleep at least 8 hours, 2 nights ago and I go to bed at the same time every night. What should I do if I wake up, go back to sleep or just get up straight away?' from iwan in
