We have purchased a Silentnight 2003 back care miracoil 3 classic mattress and unfortunately when we unwrapped the mattress there is a rip in the join. This mattress is brand new so we would like a replacement sent to us. Please can you let me know what I need to do to get this issued.
We are extremely sorry to hear that your mattress has been damaged. As your contract of sale, for the first twelve months, is with the retailer from where your purchased the mattress you need to arrange with them for a replacement to be delivered.
