My mother recently bought a memory foam mattress topper and is very pleased with it. However, she is using it "bobble" side up & smooth side down and I would have thought she should use it the other way. There is nothing on the box to show how the product should be used and no written instructions inside. Can you advise us please in case she inadvertantly damages the topper.
I'm sure you will remember as a child the words "mum is always right" and in this instance she is. The topper should be used bumpy side up. We don't actually manufacturer them ourselves, they are made under licence by Comfy Quilts Ltd.
