My mother purchased a Silentnight electric blanket from Aldi back in June / July 2009- just over six months ago. It has just developed a fault and will not heat-up at all. The model number is TT EE (220-240 volt & 90 watts). It has your name and Hippo / Duck logo on it, yet, I cannot find any electric blankets on your site? She may have difficulty in finding the receipt, could you advise please.
