What could we be doing wrong? We have had a Miracoil 7 Pocket 2100 for nearly a year now and we still haven't got used to it. When you first slide in it's great - gets a bit warm due to the memory foam top but a summer quilt soon balances this.

Wake up in the morning after much time trying to get comfy - back ache - both of us! Someone suggested that it takes time to get used to when changing mattresses, but how long does it take?

If we visit friends and sleep in one of their soft, inexpensive, guest beds that offer little or no support (etc) we wake up fine. Get home to the supposed comfort of our Silentnight and bam! Back ache back!

How can anyone buy a mattress and be sure it's Ok without testing it for a few weeks first? Is our highly recommended Silentnight a scrapper then? Oh for a good nights sleep.' from Dee Jay in Workington

I would like to get one of your Nova Dream Miracoil 7-Pocket 2100 mattresses, however I would need to bend it somewhat to get it round the banister and through the door into the bedroom.

Your website instructions say:

"Do not bend or roll your mattress - Bending or rolling your mattress will damage the spring unit and invalidate the guarantee."

Does that mean I shouldn't buy Silentnight?
