We have recently bought one of your miracoil beds and this is not the first Silentnight bed we have had. We have always been satisfied. But I would like to ask why this is the only time that the mattress has not got handles on the side to help with turning. We got the bed from United Carpets and Beds and paid just over £400 for it.  I have had your's that have been more expensive but I have to say are always worth it, but I can't get over the fact about the missing side handles.
