I have purchased one of your mattresses from an online shop but since delivery I question its authenticity as a genuine Silentnight. It is a kingsize miracoil memoryfoam. Could you give me some pointers to check if its real or fake?
The mattress should have a product label on it with our brand logo. It should also have a fire retardant label on it. If you are having doubts please send a photograph of the mattress to our customer service centre you will be better placed to advise you once they can see the mattress. You should also advise them where you purchased the mattress from.
