I have just purchased a Deep Sleep duvet (online) as I wanted a more luxurious duvet. However, compared to our winter duvet and the two duvets we have on our single beds - the Silentnight duvet doesn't seem to be luxurious. Having bought a Silentnight double mattress and a Single foam topper in the last 12 months, both of which I have been very pleased with, I really expected the quilt to be as good quality as the others duvets we have. I just wondered if I could have been sent a different duvet in the 'Deep Sleep' packaging? The sewn in label does specify that it is a Silentnight product but doesn't mention 'Deep Sleep'. Please let me know if the 'Deep Sleep' name should be on the sewn in label. Thank you.
