I purchased a mattress just over 3 years ago. I have enjoyed the comfort supplied by the mattress however recently the mattress has starting sagging on one side and I can feel the springs on the one side. Can you tell me if there is a standard warranty/guarantee with your mattresses and any help/advice with this issue would be greatly appreciated?
