We have recently bought one of your miracoil beds and this is not the first Silentnight bed we have had. We have always been satisfied. But I would like to ask why this is the only time that the mattress has not got handles on the side to help with turning. We got the bed from United Carpets and Beds and paid just over £400 for it. I have had your's that have been more expensive but I have to say are always worth it, but I can't get over the fact about the missing side handles. Do you think you can help me out on this matter there as got to be a reason.
The bed you have chosen is exclusive to United Carpets & Beds. The retailer will often suggest what product features they would like that will suit their particular customer base. In this instance they have chosen to exclude handles and vents, as is the case with some other retailers. As some of our mattresses now have a single sided sleeping surface the requirement for handles to assist with turning the mattress over is no longer a requirement.
