I ordered some Silentnight Pillows through Groupon. I rang up on 26th September and was told they were despatched on 23rd September. Today is 6th October and I have still not received them. Could you please advise me when I will receive these.

Reply from our Silentnight Expert:

We have spoken to Comfy Quilts Limited regarding your order.  Comfy Quilts are licenced to produce Silentnight bedding products they are not actually manufactured by us.  Below is their response.


"We have not received any order from Groupon for that customer name. We have sent a query today to Groupon as we have found instances where the customer has done everything correctly but Groupon have not passed the order to us and this may be the case here.


In the meantime as a gesture of goodwill we will be sending the customer a pair of pillows."


The Groupon offer has not met with our expectations.  We do understand that there have been some customer service issues and apologise to those of you who have put your trust in our brand name.
