In the Argos Cat. it says that an overheat system is used. Does this stop the blanket working and if so how do I reset it? Otherwise my blanket bought in December has broken! If you could offer any advice, can't return it reciept lost.
We are sorry to hear that your electric blanket may be 'tripping out''. These are produced under licence by leading bedding manufacturer Comfy Quilts. The Silentnight Electric blanket does have an automatic overheat system that will reset itself once the blanket has cooled down, please feel free to return it to the service centre (address shown in your user manual) where it will be tested in their laboratory and repaired/replaced Free of Charge.
