I've bought an electric blanket from Silentnight and after 2 weeks it has stopped working. It was working but I removed the plug for a few minutes, but when I plugged it in again the blanket stopped working completely. What's going on?

We do not actually manufacture electric blankets, they are made under licence by Comfy Quilts Ltd. Customer complaints are taken very seriously, Comfy Quilts have the facilities to test electric blankets in the UK – can you please forward your electric blanket to the following member of their team and they will conduct tests ASAP.
