I have a Silentnight comfort control heated under blanket, I am having a small problem it has suddenly stopped working, it may be the overheat protection but there is no mention of how to reset it in the manual can you tell me how I can do this or if it is broken and needs to be taken back. This is the second one I've had that has done this.

They do take customer complaints very seriously and have the facilities to test electric blankets in the UK.
