My partner and I bought one of your king sized beds last year which has a ten inch mattress. The bed is wonderful but I cannot find a mattress proctector or base sheet that is big enough. This includes your own range which although the packaging states that they are big enough for up to 10" mattresses do not still quite fit when first put on and the minute you even sit on the bed the mattress becomes partly uncovered and even more so of course when two people are sleeping in the bed. The problem is that they are not quite big enough and also not elasticated all round in order to fit underneath, to keep them in place. Therefore our mattress never has full protection. Is there anywhere that I can buy a mattress proctector and base sheet that will cover the mattress more efficiently as this mattress will obviously not last as long as our previous one otherwise.' from Mrs A Foster in New Milton

Can you let me know if it is possible to obtain a zipped cover for a King-size memory foam mattress topper as a separate item?

We purchased a SilentNight topper through Tesco (the first was returned as it had a chunk of foam missing) and the second has arrived without a zipped cover - it is too much hassle to try & deal with this through Tesco - so we are looking to source this ourselves.
